the 2 days of facilitator workshop has ended :Dit was super and i mean SERIOUSLY super energy draining. i dont know if i can wake up tmr! cos its like we have to meet at 7 30am for breakfast at macs with other alpheus ogls. i think my eyes is swollen, not becos of crying cos i repeatedly wake up and went back to slp.oh wells, first day was rather normal, the activities i had done were quite similar to AKLTG. like the resilience and public speaking stuff. it was really a huge step i guess :/yep, anyways, the first day, i have a buddy, name is quan jie! YAY. hah. super quiet can. 99.9% is i talk. rofl. fine i exaggerated it. :D my shoulder area is aching and my back is so stiff after first day. but.. it was fun ? just that it was the first day. cnt really be help on the morale portion.2nd day, which is today :DDDDi tink 2nd day was the best! yay.hms, my group have carolyn quan jie mervis yijia johnathan xing yue sok ying weng feng guo feng {OMG! i think i really remember everybody's name :D}in the morning, i really really thought quan jie wasnt coming, then i was like fighting in my mind, omg, what am i supposed to do laa. then phew. HE WAS LATE. yay. of cos i was relief, i was a lil worried that i had to do debrief with the facilitator, cos if that happens, it would be really seriously down to business.yep, WE, our group, bonded really really well! the first activity the falling one. wheeee~ i was so looking forward to it. carolyn was my facilitator :D hah. special thanks to carolyn and quan jie (: yep, wat carolyn said to me was really really useful. CONFIDENCE! somehow or rather during the fall i got a lil scared and i withdraw. so i bend my knees. hell yea, its in my subconsious mind once again. luckily my fall wasnt that bad. it was still pretty okay i guess, when i was in the cradle. ENJOY, haha. yea, it was like.. i can hear beside me, someone is breathing so heavily : HUFF AND PUFF. rofl. wanted to laugh, but SERIOUS! haa. went off for lunch AS A GROUP! :D which is requested by ryan: our facilitator. so we listened to him, ate together and chat. during lunch, said all our commitments and wat support we want from each other.then we went for to school for toliet break =.=
HAHA.yea, then, we ended up chit chating outside at the corridor {near the toliet, OBVIOUSLY after the toliet break}. we talked a lot! it was a super good chat. talked bout 'that thing' stories. yea! there were some regarding nyjc and even the army, so it becomes really really interesting! haha. i guess that was when we really open up to each other, regardless of what we are talking about. cos we are communicating and laughing our heads off together ! :Dyep, went on to the nect activity: travelling through time. we were working as alpheus together so its 2 groups combined as one.OMG! it was super... TEDIOUS ! but cool. :Dyep. the morale was low at the start. cos we are all kinda lost. until.. one of the facilitator asked us what was our goal.only one person answered. thats when everybody realise our goal: 5 people. from then, the goal was cleared, method was thought. and the action and morale began to rise (:all of us started to cheer and the method work, thats when the enthusiasm comes into place. everyone was so high ! cheering took place too ! and i was second to go through that tunnel. omg. i was like... people are you sure. ROFL. yea. but it was fun ! so... 'touched'! ahah.and our group managed to get 9 people across ! OMG SO SO COOL LAAAAA. everyone was working together and shouting 'awareness' not to touch the ropes, blah blah :Din the end, our group did the best ! HELL YAY. :DDDDwheee~ ALPHEUS ALPHEUS!then the in charge, lye gave all the groups 15 mins more to send a certain number {the goal we set} across. we set our goal as 4. then we only got like.. 2 across or something. yea. in the end, due to time constraint, we decided to send johnathan {another one} across. yea, we faced several setbacks. but we persisted. and becos of this, facilitators came to give us a hand to send johnathan across! i was jubilant when i saw facilitators came to help, cos i feel that its like we are so doing the correct thing. :DD and in the end, we managed to send johnathan across without touching the ropes. it was certainly satisfying (: yay!that was about the end then we had debriefing. haha. normally during the debrief, especially the ones within buddies, 3 quarters of our time, quan jie and i will talk bout other things instead of reflecting. AHA! then during the facilitator to us debrief, then we will b thinking wat to say. HAA. so funny. yeps, then !WE HAD A SUPER HIGH SESSION ! omg!the in charge said we had done well so he switched on his speakers. and guess wat. it was the trad dance song. OMG LA. then everybody started dancing. i danced with quan jie. then carolyn was in front with poh yih {muahah, cos i will forget steps, luckily she was in front of me}. super high ! there was also 30th dance and 29th dance. hah. 29th dance, can smoke through as in i aga know some steps. ROFL. 29th dance i dance with jia rong. yarr. then everybody went into one circle and started 'hey nanyang, *HO*{donno wat are they saying la} nanyang' ahah. i donno wat to say cos i was like: OMG they go so fast laa! HAA. then started running into the middle{still in a circle, yar, that thing. haha} wheeeeee~ darn high laa. and we did the whole procedure started from hey nanyang twice laa. then once, beside me, on my left, OMG, donno y the person so skinny but MY HAND LIKE KENA TWISTED LIKE THAT, SO HEAVY LAAA. like got two hands pushing my one hand down. WOAH SEH, somemore must endure the whole thing. AHHA. we had breaks and i complained to carolyn. HAA. we were told to write what we had learnt on the index cards, then later we had to form castles with it. we did it as a whole, everybody {omg, reminds me of backstreet boys} yar yar. after the castle was established, the hey nanyang thing was done again. heng ar, this time round beside me is carolyn and quan jie, not so tiring. both of them are skinny. yay. :DDDthe day ended all so perfectly cos my mom came to fetch me :Darr. tmr alpheus meeting at 7 30am. there goes my beauty sleep. ahh! time to go ! might edit the next time i come back online.
